By booking or receiving services from South Tampa Shine, customers agree to the following service terms and policies.

Service Requirements

South Tampa Shine is a mobile detailing service. Customers must provide:

• Access to a working water source
• Access to a standard power outlet
• A safe and legal location where I can perform detailing services

If water, power, or safe working conditions are unavailable at the time of the appointment, the service may need to be rescheduled and may be subject to a service fee.

Pricing Policy

All prices listed on my website, social media, or advertisements are starting prices.

Final pricing may vary depending on:

• Vehicle size
• Vehicle condition
• Excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or contamination
• Specialty vehicles or oversized vehicles

Customers will be notified of any price adjustments before service begins.

Appointment & Cancellation Policy

I ask that customers provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

South Tampa Shine reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for missed appointments or last-minute cancellations.

Severe weather or unsafe working conditions may require appointments to be rescheduled for safety and service quality.

Satisfaction Guarantee & Refund Policy

I strive to provide high-quality detailing services and excellent customer satisfaction.

Due to the nature of detailing services, refunds are not typically offered once a service has been completed.

If a customer is not satisfied, concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. I will gladly return to address reasonable service-related concerns whenever possible.

Vehicle Condition & Pre-Existing Damage

South Tampa Shine is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing paint damage
• Scratches, chips, or clear coat failure
• Interior wear, stains, or permanent discoloration
• Mechanical or electrical issues
• Damage caused by improperly installed aftermarket parts

Customers are responsible for informing me of any known vehicle concerns prior to service.

Personal Belongings

Customers are responsible for removing valuables and personal belongings before the appointment. South Tampa Shine is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle.

Service Time Estimates

Service time estimates are approximate and may vary depending on vehicle condition and size. My focus is on quality and thorough detailing rather than rushing through services.

Safety & Service Refusal

South Tampa Shine reserves the right to refuse or stop service if working conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or if the vehicle condition poses health or safety risks.

Weather Policy

As a mobile detailing service, weather conditions may impact scheduling. Services may be rescheduled due to heavy rain, lightning, or severe weather conditions.

Washing Methods

South Tampa Shine uses a variety of professional detailing methods depending on the vehicle’s condition, location, and what is safest for the vehicle’s finish.

In some cases, I may use a rinseless wash method instead of a traditional pressure washer wash. A rinseless wash is a professional detailing technique that safely cleans the vehicle using specialized products designed to lift and encapsulate dirt without requiring large amounts of water.

This method is commonly used by professional detailers and is completely safe for properly maintained vehicles. The washing method used will always be based on the vehicle’s condition and the method I determine will provide the best and safest results.

Photos & Media

South Tampa Shine may take before and after photos or short videos of vehicles during the detailing process. These photos or videos may be used for marketing, social media, or website content to showcase the quality of work performed.

I respect customer privacy and will never photograph or share personal belongings, license plates (when avoidable), addresses, or any private or identifying information.

Agreement to Terms

By booking an appointment or receiving services from South Tampa Shine, customers acknowledge and agree to these service policies and terms.
